Staff behaviour is wonderful and co operative staff is there, room is specious and good

Everything was fine

Great entrance hall and friendly staff. The location is convenient, close to the local market and easy to find. They offer a good selection of local spices at affordable prices that you can purchase directly at the hotel.

The rooms could be cleaner and more spacious. The furniture is outdated and the bedding seems overused. The food at the hotel restaurant is mediocre and overpriced. The noise level from the street is high and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep. not a great value for the money.

Located near the market, this hotel has a convenient location for shopping local spices and easy access to other tourist points. the hotel is also situated close to nature, providing a serene atmosphere.

The services provided by the staff were disappointing, from the poorly maintained bathroom to the poor quality of food at the restaurant.

Great service and food options

During our city trip, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They were always ready to assist us with our requests and provide us with useful information and tips about the surrounding areas. We also enjoyed the variety of food options available at the hotel's restaurant, which catered to different dietary requirements and tastes.

The bathroom had some unpleasant smells and the plumbing wasn't functioning properly. the overall room amenities and maintenance could have been improved to meet our standards.
